Nicole Wahid, an Australian expat, moved to Islamabad a couple of years ago. She is a qualified lawyer and has practiced corporate law in Australia and the United Kingdom.
After moving to Pakistan, Nicole found it challenging to come across organic and healthy food choices. It is then that she decided to start Loafology and introduced bread and patisserie made with organic and raw ingredients, even though people around her told her that a food place like Loafology will not be a success.
Nicole is a successful entrepreneur, who is running multiple businesses, mostly in the hospitality industry. She overcame the cultural gap and decided to give back to the Pakistani community, who accepted her with warmth and love. She is breaking the barriers as an independent and successful business lady, with foreign origins and this is what makes her TTB’s woman of 2022!
