Q: When will my order ship?

A: Typically, orders placed before 12 pm GMT+5 —Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)—will be shipped from our Pakistan warehouse the very next day if the items are a part of our Flash Delivery collection; if not, the order will take 15-20 days to be reach you as it will be shipped from our UAE warehouse. If your order is placed after 12 pm GMT+5 on Friday, it will be processed the following Monday.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: To track an item, go to www.thetreasurebox.me and initiate a chat with our live customer care service using the chat icon on the left bottom corner of our website and provide them with your order number to get the accurate status of your order. Our customer service is available from Mon-Fri 10am to 6pm (unless scheduled differently on public holidays or Ramadan which will be communicated on our website headers accordingly).

Q: What is the return/ exchange policy for items purchased on the The Treasure Box?

A:  We have a very convenient 7 days return/ exchange policy. To find out more, check out our Return/ Exchange policy page.

 

Q: How do I exchange an item that I received damaged?

A: All you have to do is drop our team an email at support@thetreasurebox.me with your order number and pictures of the damaged or defective items. Our team will raise a complaint & close the case with an exchange processed from our side with in 24 to 48 working hours.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We can't cancel orders once the order has been processed, however if the order has not been processed the cancellation request will be processed & the customer will be notified.

Q: Do you accept backorders for items that are out of stock?

A: While we don't accept backorders, we're constantly updating our inventory. If you want to buy something that's out of stock—we suggest you check back regularly.

Q: Do you have pre-sales?

A: At this time, we don't offer any pre-sales on The Treasure Box website.

Q: How do I know what size to buy?

A: To help you pick the right size, we've included the sizes of each article in the product description. You may also refer to our customer service via live chat to assist you with the measurements. 

Q: I bought something through The Treasure Box website. The footwear size is small, Can I exchange it for a larger size?

A: Absolutely! We understand that sizes varies for each individual and not each article will be a perfect fit, so we are very open to size changes at a nominal charge of 15% of the article price. The charges are only to compensate for the importing of the product transit & custom charges incurred during the process.

Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: You can pay for your order through following payment methods:

  1. Cash on Delivery – available (for regular customers only) on Orders under PKR 20,000.
  2. Online Payment – Visa & MasterCard Debit & Credit Cards
  3. Bank Transfer – Bank Account, EasyPaisa, & Jazz Cash.

Q: How do I use a voucher/discount code on online purchases?

 A: To use a discount code or voucher, go to your cart and type in discount code below order in the shopping bag, apply discount, and proceed to check out.

Q: What do I do if my payment fails?

A: In case of a payment failure, make sure that the payment information you have provided is correct. If your bank account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be reimbursed to your bank account as per bank policy. Please contact your bank for further queries.
