Delivery Policy 

We deliver our Products to Pakistan and we are operating it from UAE.

We try our best to deliver your orders expediently yet we do not compromise on our product quality and for this reason, all of the products by The Treasure Box are sourced from Dubai. This allows us to offer high-quality products to our valued customers. Once you have placed the order you should receive a verification email. After the verification of your order, quality check and packing all together takes 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, the shipping process takes 3-4 business days to reach Pakistan. It takes another 1-2 business days for our logistics to deliver the order to the customer. In general, please add 10-14 business days to allow us to deliver the order to the destination. Please note that the orders only ship on business days i.e. from Monday-Friday. 

Delivery within 10 to 14 working Days to Other Countries i.e Pakistan. Orders placed after 3pm shall be processed on next working day.

If you need any special order or you need to know the Delivery Fees outside Pakistan you can contact us via email at or call us at +92 3330184111 and we will let you know the delivery cost to your location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details. Courier company will try to contact you via telephone number provided before arranging delivery. If unable to contact courier company will return the parcel to The Treasure Box and we will then try to contact you and arrange another delivery.

Payment Options

Free shipping is provided all across Pakistan if the order falls above Rs.20,000. For any order below that price please note that the buyer is responsible for any tariff, tax, handling fees, customer clearance charges etc. The payment options available are:

  • Online Payment via Debit/ Credit Card
  • Cash on delivery(regular customers only/NOT VALID DURING FLASH SALES)
  • Transfer through banks
  • Other options feasible to both the company and customer.

(Please note that all orders above Rs. 20,000 will have to pay at least 50% of the amount in advance if the customer is shopping with us for the first time.)


Exchange Policy

The products will only be exchanged if we have failed to deliver the right size. All the sizes are clearly mentioned on our website and it is the customer's responsibility to check the sizes before ordering. In case the customer orders the wrong size, there would be 25% deduction in price for the exchange item.


As we are sourcing the products from outside the country, the size exchange would only be done if the issue is at The Treasure Box's end. The exchange request will only be entertained within 7 days of receiving the products.

The customer would be liable to pay the courier charges to return the product to our address.

After 7 days it will be solely company decision to fulfill your request or not.

Refund and Cancellation Policy 

Refund or return will only occur if :-

  1. The wrong item was sent.
    2. The item is defective.
    3. The item was damaged in shipping. You can claim refund within 7 days from date of item(s) delivered to you. In case of refund the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and we will process the refund after receiving the item(s) and inspection of item(s).

Please note that cash refunds will only be given on damaged articles if a fresh item is not available. We make sure that the items are in their best condition before they are being dispatched, however, if the customer receives a damaged article, they can ask for a full cash refund by emailing us on

You can cancel your order before delivery is processed. After you receive the tracking number it will be not possible to cancel the order. Refunds/Cancellation will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 3-7 working days depending on the mode of payment that the customer used.

In case of COD once a refund is confirmed we will initiate it either by issuing a voucher.

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning item. Please note that your shipping cost is non-refundable.



PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY CLEARANCE OR SALES ITEMS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!! Clearance items will not be exchanged for another size or product.

Please note that cash refund will not be issued on the items on sale and clearance. On sale and clearance items, a voucher for the same value will be issued that you can use on any other item.

  2. Visa, Master Card and Cash on delivery in PKR will be accepted for payment.
  3. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
  4. The company also reserves the rights to cancel any request from the customers without due notice.
  5. Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a    User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
  6. The company reserves the rights not to fulfil or entertain requests from the customers.
  7. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  8. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
