Customer Service Represantative

What you’ll do:

The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for all our customers & one of the most important job roles of our organization. The position will be tasked with day to day communication with new and old customers via calls, email & our website live chat. Candidate has to be proactive, a team player & a problem solver.

The role requires a graduate driven with the love of talking to people and assist them with their queries or complaints. The ideal candidate is a multi-tasking, fast learner, optimist with a professional attitude at all times who understands how to represent a well-known brand operating as per international standards.


Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain a 100% response rate to customer queries
  • Manage customer communication on website chat, social media accounts, email & calls
  • Provide accurate, valid & complete information to customers ie: order confirmation, order tracking, order payment, split order, cancelled order, etc
  • Maintain a flow of communication & coordination with internal teams to meet customer requirements
  • Log all communication with customers using provided tools
  • Redirect queries to relevant departments if required
  • Work with the operations team & marketing team to ensure customer satisfaction


What you'll need:

  • Female based in Rawalpindi/ Islamabad
  • Preferably Bachelor’s Graduate
  • Sound knowledge of various social media platforms
  • Proficient in English & Urdu
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environment
  • Good communication skills 
  • Good relationship-building skills
  • Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results
  • Data entry and documentation skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
